I agree with you a hundred percent. we are gonna start weeding out the non supporting clan members that only wanna say yeah i'm in a clan. look we are able to run clan matches everynight but I am having trouble getting responces from people if they can make it. I know it's hard to schedule time into your busy life to play or practice with the team. i know ranked matches may seem important but they don't mean shit to the squad

Hey guys! I just signed up and I'll be ready to go as soon as I can find a TV to hook my 360 up to. The military just shipped ours off a week ago and I'm without a TV. It might take me about a month but I will find one and get on as soon as possible! I'd love to be involved in whatever I can from the outside until I can get to a TV.

we need to set all our ego's aside and become one fucking unit. the united states military didn't become a globel powerhouse by having every Tom, Dick and Harry think their fuckin god with an m-16. they became a freakin powerhouse because they were ALL trained to become one. No matter what bracnh they were from they still come together as one!!!! thats what we will do. if there are people in this corp that can't lower their pride and accept that this corp is alot bigger then they are then maybe you should rethink your role in this corp of the ARMY OF AFFLICTION

Chain of Command

Chain of command:

The chain of command is the order and proper use of our Military ranking system. Orders are made and passed down from the highest ranking General, to the newest recruit / Private.
The chain of Command is also utilized form the newest recruit / Private on up to the General of the Army (Recommended).

RANK RECRUITING STRUCTURE:
Army : Consists of all members in the Army of Affliction
Corps: (25 Plus members): Founding corps commanded by 4GN.
Division: (20 plus members): Commanded by only one Colonel.
Brigade: (15 plus members): Commanded by only one First Lieutenant.
Company: (10 plus members): Commanded by only one Sergeant major.
Squad: (5 plus members): Lead by only one Corporal.

RANK STRUCTURE NAMES:
Corps : Commander can name his corps anything that he see's fit to name it.
Division : Commander can name the division anything that he see's fit to name it.
Brigade : Commander can only name his brigade using one word.
Company : Commander can only name his Co. a number or roman numeral of his choice.
Squad : Leader can only use any available letters in the alphabet that he see's fit

RANK GRADE LEVELS:
Individual ranks as we get bigger as an army will be upgraded using a grading system, at the moment everyone is at (their rank) grade level 1.
If we were to have another corps some day the present corps general would remain at 4GN grade 1, as would everyone in the founding corps. So in other words a grade 1 sergeant would be considered a higher rank than a grade 2 captain you catch my drift, due to the fact he was recruited into the primary corps. Not the most recent.

STRUCTURE GRADE LEVELS:
Grade D priveledges: Under constant supervision, this will be the "you are close to having your squad, brigade etc. from being removed" Grade, and will be given one month to turn his team around or the squad will be terminated.
Grade C priveledges: Under very close supervision, will be given assistance and approval for recruiting new members. Probation period to prove that his team will be active and responsible.
Grade B Priveledges: Under minor supervision, will be given approval for recruiting new members.
Grade A Priveledges: Under no supervision and will be trusted to recruit and allow new members into the army.

STRUCTURE RANK LEVELS:
The founding squad for a certain game Ex. Graw 2 will be a Grade 1 squad, if another Graw 2 squad is started the founding squad will remain grade 1, and the new squad will be a grade 2 squad.
If a third squad is created they will start as a Grade 3 and so on and so fourth.
So Squads, Co's, Brigades, Divisions, and Corps will have their own rank along with their individual ranks as a player, so you have to work together to be the best squad.
And the best overall Squads, Co's. Brigade's, Division's, and corps's in all games with grade 1 will be given the title "HQ" which stands for Headquarters and will be equivalent to holding the crown on Live Assault. And there will be great rewards for acheiving this and it is to be very prestigious.
Squad leaders can be a higher rank than corporal if a higher rank requests to start his own squad.
Same rules apply to higher ranking squad leaders as far as being a squad or Co. or division.
New cadets must go through the ranking system to rank up his squad and himself.
Structure will not work downward but only and always upward from the bottom.

FOUNDATION:
There does need to be a foundation and that is the army and and the founding corps only.
everything else will have to be built up from the bottom.

OTHER:
The army, and each corps, division, brigade, company, and squad will be required to come up with the following:
Motto:
Team colors:
Team song (optional) before becoming a squad. They may be changed at any time as long as it is sent up the chain of command to make it official.

There can be only one person in the ranks of: Corporal, Sergeant Major, 1st Lieutenant, Colonel, 2GN, 3GN, 4GN in each corps.

And only two persons at the same time can hold the ranks of: Lance Corporal, Master Sergeant, 2nd Lieutenant, and Lieutenant Colonel in each corps.

All other ranks can hold an unlimited amount of occupants.
